Endgame Strategy Lab was founded in Johannesburg, South Africa in February 2026 by two lifelong friends who believe that strategy without soul is just noise.We've been dancing through life together since childhood, first on stage, then in the creative space. What started as two best friends with matching dreams has grown into a shared mission to bring rhythm, energy, and heart into everything we build for our clients. From dance studios to boardrooms, from laughter to late-night brainstorms, we've always believed one thing... Connection is everything.
